Signing in here does not sign you in on your conference site. Cookies cannot be shared across different domains, so your conference site keeps its own separate sign-in. That is deliberate — a session in here can create an organization and change its settings, and it should not travel.
Access is by invitation. Signing in creates nothing and grants nothing on its own; you will be asked for an invite code.
